SOLDAVIGIL
is a familiar enterprise with a fast growth projection going from
3 employees in 1990 to 250 in 2005. Four different main activities are held, having perfectly equiped facilities for the work developed. The last of this centres has been built recently, being opened in 1999. In SOLDAVIGIL we are always oriented to quality increase with a costs reduction clear mentality. This is why we have trained all our staff on basis of the KAIZEN system (continuous improvement) setting up some training programs such as: Team.work, workline, suggestions, etc. which let us lead our competitives in such a dynamic, exigent and globalized market.
