Approximately ten years ago, the most productive companies in the world realized about the necessity of taking on all round services which would help them to do every kind of work, using their own facilities. In this sense, the real necessity was not to hire exclusive labour, which was quite easy for the company, but to subcontract complete processes, outsourcing them and always respecting the client guidelines and his business philosophy.
The advantages to be emphasized are:
The client devotes all his potential to those processes that contribute to add value to his product or service, improving his financial and organizational ratios.
Client business structure is relaxed.
Staff fixed costs and some other fixed assets are eliminated optimizing resources.
Operating Outsourcing:
Since 1995 this has been one of the more developed activities at our company. After a 10-year-experience in this sector and after having trained an excellent human team, we believe we are in good conditions to contribute to our clients with a high quality and efficiency Outsourcing.

Our main Outsourcing activities are directed to the following areas:

Instalations and machinery maintenance

The delivery of documents that vouch our company for outsourcnig as well as for the outsourcing of the staff

It is possible to develop with our clients as much aditional clauses as necessary.


- Kaizen Continuous Improvement
- "5 S", In those companies that have introduced this program, our staff will be responsible of the 5 basic mainstains which develop it.This way to proceed is gratifying for our staff because it is a continuity of our working orientation.
Team-Work, we know that not every person has the same capacity, ability and knowledge, that's why we distribute work according to the possibilities of our workers. With this kind of work allocation we achieve an increasement in quality and productivity, as well as a reduction of the effort at an individual level.
- ZD, we intend to eliminate from the process any mistake, studying gradually every possibility. Each worker training and quality information is provided.
Suggestion, we ask every worker to leave in the suggestions box at least 3 improvement suggestions every month.
- QC, Quality Circles, we organize groups of between 5 and 10 workers so that after their working day, they work on important improvements inside their own working area.
- TPM,Total Preventive Maintenance, our staff is responsible for the established maintenance like aspects to be controlled for the worker, as well as the total cleaning of the of the machine and its environment. We believe this is the first step of the five foreseen. Should the clietn require it, he couls be part of the maintenance developing the total program.
- Just in Time, production of amounts required at the precise moment. It is well known that modern industry does not allow stocks. Quite the contrary, we cannot produce more than what it is to be sold on that day.
